The European Commission has opened a call for proposals for sustainable music distribution focusing on live music, e.g. live streaming, music venue collaboration and music export, to support.
The aim of this call for proposals is to select one consortium of applicants from at least an eligible country that is capable of promoting competitiveness, innovation and diversity in a wide range of organisations in the European music sector, including providing them with financial support.
Applications must contain a provision for two separate but related activities:
1. Reallocation of the support scheme to third parties active in the music sector
2. A programme of capacity-building activities benefiting the live music sector
The budget for the call is 4,500,000 euros.
The round is open until 12 January 2023.
