- Music Moves Europe dialogue meetings (maximum 3 times a year) at major European music conferences, involving music professionals and focusing on issues relevant to the sector that are important for EU and national music policy-making.
- a conference on music at EU level (at least every two years), involving the level of the EU institutions, representatives of the Member States and European music organisations/associations, to take stock and discuss the way forward
