On 20 July, the European Commission launched a new €21 million mobility scheme for artists and cultural professionals.
Under the Creative Europe programme and the contract with the Goethe Institute, this scheme builds on the experience and recommendations of the I-Portunus pilot project in 2018-2022 and provides grants to individual artists, cultural professionals and host organisations from all countries participating in the Creative Europe Culture sub-programme.
