In its activities and processing personal data, the Creative Europe Estonia Contact Point is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Estonia and the Personal Data Protection Act. Article 12 of the Constitution of the Republic of Estonia guarantees the equality of everyone before the law. No one shall be discriminated against on grounds of nationality, race, colour, sex, language, origin, religion, political or any other opinion, property, social status or any other circumstance.

Based on the principle of purpose limitation of the processing of personal data provided for in § 6 (2) of the Personal Data Protection Act, personal data are collected only for the purpose of achieving defined and legitimate purposes and are not processed in a way that is incompatible with the purposes of data processing.
