532 jobs nominated for the EU Mies Award 2022

The European Commission and Fundació Mies van der Rohe 2022 Award is open to 532 entries, completed between October 2018 and April 2021. The nominated works illustrate the contribution of high-quality architecture to a more sustainable, inclusive and beautiful living environment.

30% of the works are regeneration or redevelopment projects of existing buildings, regardless of whether they are heritage-protected buildings or not.

The main objective of the award is to highlight and recognise excellence and innovation in the field of architecture. The prize would also like to highlight the important contribution of European architects to the sustainable development and transformation of Europe's built environment.
