With the support of the European Commission, a comprehensive partnership was established in the cultural and creative industries ecosystem to promote skills in this area. The aim of the partnership is to create a common skills development model in Europe in order to pool resources and participate in specific initiatives to enhance and reskill the cultural and creative industries.
The partnership will promote learning opportunities and training in the workplace to strengthen the resilience of the sector and equip its professionals with the skills they need. Particular attention will be paid to digital, green, entrepreneurial and technical skills, and arts and crafts. The partners involved have agreed on commitments and indicators to improve know-how, new training programmes and the number of trainees. For example, partners promote the mutual recognition of training in EU countries.
