Panel discussion on "Plan B of the European Capitals of Culture"

On 5 November, from 13 to 14.30 (CET), the European Capitals of Culture will host an online panel discussion on cultural policy during the crisis and digital transformations in the creative sector. Kalle Paas from Estonia (Tartu 2024) will participate in the discussion.
